By creating a Shopinbos account or using any Shopinbos service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Shopinbos on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Shopinbos is a business tool — it is not intended for personal, family, or household use.
You are responsible for all content, products, and services sold through your Shopinbos store. You represent that your products are legal, accurately described, and that you have the right to sell them. Prohibited products include but are not limited to: counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, gambling services, and any product that violates applicable law.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Transaction fees (where applicable) are deducted from order revenue before payout. Payouts are made within 24 hours of order delivery confirmation. Shopinbos does not charge any additional processing fee beyond the published plan pricing — payment processor fees (Paystack, Flutterwave) are separate and set by those providers.
You retain all rights to your store content, product photos, and business data. By using Shopinbos, you grant us a limited licence to display, host, and process that content for the purpose of operating your store. We retain all rights to the Shopinbos platform, Rex and Peggy AI systems, brand assets, and technology.
You agree not to: use Shopinbos for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Shopinbos system; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; send spam or unsolicited communications through Shopinbos tools; or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the Shopinbos service.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. For minor violations, we will give 14 days' notice to remedy the issue before taking action. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings — no cancellation fee applies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shopinbos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse or, where applicable, through binding arbitration under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
