Is there really no credit card to start?

None. Start on Hatchling, build your shop, take your first orders. We only ask for a card when you upgrade to Shopkeeper.

When do I pay the transaction fee?

When a customer pays. We deduct it from the payout, weekly. If a sale refunds within 14 days, the fee is refunded with it.

What if my customer pays cash?

Cash on delivery is handled by our logistics partners. Failed COD = no fee.

Can I leave and take my data?

Yes. One-click CSV export of products, orders, customers, content. Domain transfers in 2 hours.

Do you work outside Lagos?

Yes. We ship across Nigeria. Coverage is expanding to Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt and other cities.

How does Peggy handle my data?
