Do my clients need to know they are on Shopinbos?

Not if you are on the Growth or Enterprise tier. White-label removes all Shopinbos branding from the storefront, dashboard, and transactional emails. Your clients see your agency name throughout.

How does the revenue share work?

You earn a percentage of every client's monthly subscription, every month for as long as they remain on the platform. Rates range from 20% to 30%+ depending on your tier. It is calculated automatically and paid to your account on the first of each month.

Can I set my own pricing for clients?

Yes on Enterprise. On Starter and Growth, you use Shopinbos list pricing. Many agencies on these tiers charge a setup fee separately and pass the subscription cost through to the client at list price.

What happens if a client wants to leave?

They own their store data. We do not lock anyone in. If a client leaves, your revenue share for that store stops. We find this rarely happens because the platform handles logistics and payments that are hard to replicate elsewhere.

Is there a minimum number of clients?

No. The Starter tier starts at one client. You only move to Growth when it makes financial sense for your revenue share to offset the monthly fee.

Do you offer training for my team?

Yes. All partners get onboarding documentation, video walkthroughs, and a live onboarding call. Growth and Enterprise partners get an ongoing account manager.
