Shopinbos ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and other applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.
We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (Paystack for payments, cloud hosting providers, logistics partners for delivery). All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data to authorities when required by Nigerian law.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Nigerian tax regulations. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting privacy@shopinbos.com.
Under the NDPR 2019, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Payment card data is never stored on our servers -- all card processing is handled by Paystack under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
