Welcome to Shopinbos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopinbos platform, including our website at shopinbos.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using the Shopinbos Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must create an account to use many features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Shopinbos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may be fraudulent.
As a seller on Shopinbos, you agree to:
Shopinbos processes payments on your behalf through our integrated payment partners (currently Paystack and direct bank transfer). By using our payment services, you agree to the terms of our payment partners as applicable.
Seller payouts are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to any applicable hold periods for fraud prevention. Shopinbos charges a platform fee as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for accounts under investigation for policy violations.
You retain ownership of your products and content uploaded to Shopinbos. By uploading content, you grant Shopinbos a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service. Shopinbos, Rex, Peggy, and the Shopinbos bag mark are trademarks of Shopinbos. You may not use these marks without written permission.
You may not use the Shopinbos Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Shopinbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to Shopinbos in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your Shopinbos account at any time by contacting us at hello@shopinbos.com. Shopinbos may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Lagos Court of Arbitration rules, or, where arbitration is not applicable, in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
