Card and bank transfer payments settle to your Nigerian bank account within 24 hours (next business day for weekends and public holidays). Cash on Delivery funds drop to your Shopinbos Wallet the same evening the rider returns -- you can withdraw to your bank anytime.

Peggy auto-verifies bank transfer payments by reading your statement. If a payment is genuinely missing, Peggy flags the order and asks the customer for the transaction reference. Most "missing payment" issues are resolved automatically within 2 hours.

Yes. Topship handles international payment collection in USD, GBP, EUR. Customers pay in their currency, you receive Naira in your Nigerian bank account. Rates updated daily.

No. You can receive payments to a personal bank account when starting out. Once your monthly revenue passes ₦500k, we recommend opening a business bank account for better records and access to higher payout limits.

You have 7 days to provide evidence: rider delivery photo, customer signature, order timestamps, WhatsApp confirmation messages. Most disputes are resolved in your favour with our proof bundle. Shopinbos provides chargeback insurance on orders above ₦100k for Pro plan users.

No. Paystack fees go directly to Paystack. We don't mark them up or take a percentage. Our only fee is the plan fee (5% on Free, lower on Pro).

Yes. Rex builds the coupon system at setup. Percentage off, fixed amount off, free delivery, BOGO, first-order discounts. Peggy can also issue one-off discount codes to customers via WhatsApp.

Riders verify the cash amount before handing over the package. If the customer cancels or refuses delivery, the package returns to you (you pay a return logistics fee, typically ₦500-₦1,500). COD orders above ₦200k require a 30% upfront deposit via Paystack.
