How much does it cost to join?
Joining and verification are free. You pay a fee only on delivery fees you earn through Shopinbos: 5% on Free, 3% on Logistics Plus and 2% on Logistics Pro.
How do shops find us?
When a seller picks a delivery partner, they see partners that cover the route, with your company profile and rate card.
Can we use our own riders?
Yes. Add them under Riders. They use the Shopinbos Riders app to take jobs.
Can we connect our own software?
Yes. Use an API key from Connect your system.
How do we get paid?
Your earnings are paid out to your bank through Paystack.
