When do I get my money?
Money is paid out to your bank through Paystack, usually within a few working days.
Can I see every payment?
Yes. Every payment, fee and payout is listed in Money, with a monthly statement.
What does it cost?
A small fee per successful payment, and you see it on every payment: Paystack’s 1.5% + ₦100 (no ₦100 under ₦2,500, capped at ₦2,000), plus your plan’s fee of 0.5% to 3%.
How does pay on delivery stay safe?
When the parcel arrives, the customer pays the shop from their link or the rider’s QR code. Only then do they get the 4-digit code, and the rider hands the parcel over once the app shows Paid. Riders never handle cash.
