Delivery questions

Can I use my own delivery rider?
Yes. Add your rider details to your Shopinbos dashboard and orders will route to them automatically. You can also set a fallback to Shopinbos Riders for when your rider is unavailable.
How does COD work on Shopinbos?
When a customer chooses COD, your rider collects cash at delivery and confirms on the Shopinbos Rider app. The amount is reconciled against your order and settled to your account within 24 hours.
What happens if a delivery fails?
Peggy automatically re-schedules a second delivery attempt and notifies the customer. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to sender and you are notified. Returns are tracked in your dashboard.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Domestic Nigerian delivery only for now. International shipping via DHL and FedEx is available on the Pro plan as an add-on — Shopinbos generates the waybill and books the courier for you.
Can I set my own delivery fees?
Yes. Set flat rates by zone, or charge exact logistics cost with a markup. Shopinbos calculates delivery fee at checkout based on customer address and your zone settings.
