We run rolling 3-month internship cohorts for students and recent graduates. Remote-first. You work on real products, real customers, real markets. No busy work.

Product
Product Design Intern
Remote (Nigeria / Ghana / Kenya)
Work directly with the product team on UI/UX for the seller app, supplier portal, and the Shopinbos web presence. You will run user research, prototype, and ship. Figma experience required.
Engineering
Software Engineering Intern — Frontend
Remote
Build features on the Shopinbos website and seller app interface. React / Next.js and clean HTML/CSS required. You will own small features end-to-end.
Software Engineering Intern — Backend
Remote
Work on the Shopinbos API and marketplace infrastructure. Node.js or Python experience required. You will write code that processes real supplier and seller data.
Marketing
Content and SEO Intern
Remote
Create content for the Academy, Stories, and SEO pages. Research what sellers in Lagos, Accra, and Nairobi are searching for. Write in clear, direct English — no jargon.
Operations
Marketplace Operations Intern
Ibadan / Remote
Help onboard and verify new suppliers. Review supplier applications, coordinate with the ops team, and ensure listings meet quality standards.
