What is a good profit margin for a small shop?
It depends on what you sell, but many fashion and beauty shops aim for 30% to 50% after all costs. If yours is under 20%, look at your delivery and packaging costs first.
Does pay on delivery cost a fee?
Not on Shopinbos. Cash or transfer to the rider has no extra payment fee.
