Pricing Questions Answered

What's included in the one-time setup fee?

Everything needed to launch your store: platform setup, theme installation, payment processing, shipping configuration, basic SEO, SSL certificate, and initial training. You own the store 100% after setup.

Are there any monthly costs after the setup fee?

Only the platform fees (Shopify $29-299/month, WooCommerce hosting ~$10-50/month, etc.). We have no recurring charges. You pay once for setup, then just pay the platform you choose.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional later?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime by paying the difference. For example, upgrade from Starter ($199) to Professional ($349) by paying $150. All your existing work carries over.

What if I need more than 200 products?

Choose Enterprise for unlimited products, or add our Product Upload Service ($99 per 100 products) to any package. We can handle catalogs of any size.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not currently, but our one-time fees are significantly lower than agency retainers ($2,000-10,000). Most clients recoup the investment within their first 10-20 sales.

What platforms do these prices apply to?

All packages work with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace. We recommend the best platform for your needs during consultation. Platform subscription costs are separate.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the initial design mockup (before full build), we'll refund 100%. After build starts, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

How long does setup take?

Starter: 5-7 days, Professional: 10-14 days, Enterprise: 14-21 days. Timeline depends on product count, content readiness, and revision rounds. We provide exact timeline during consultation.

What happens after the support period ends?

Your store keeps working perfectly. Support covers questions, minor tweaks, and training. After support ends, you can purchase extended support ($99/month) or handle updates yourself.

Do you build stores for international customers?

Yes! We serve clients worldwide. All packages include multi-currency support (Professional and Enterprise) and international shipping configuration. Payment processing works globally.
